If I were in their shoes then I would-:
- If I were Jaxson and Avery then I would ask the well-known corporation to purchase my services for 3 months and pay me for the next two months and then according to my performance, the agreement can be extended.
- It doesn't matter whether one is a known or unknown artist, the talent should be valued enough. No doubt exposure is very important but later the company could also exploit or misuse one's talent so one should always patent their services and ask for the remuneration they deserve.
- If the company does not further agree to pay then one modification could be made which is that their artistic rights will not be sold to anyone for the company's benefit and the company shall look out for its benefit in accordance with Jaxson and Avery's benefit as well.
- If their artistic services are being purchased then it's their right to ask for the pay they deserve for their talent.
