Bought plot = Rs 21,00,000
Making wall spends Rs 1,45,000
Advertising cost Rs 5,000

Jaikumar spends total money = Rs( 21,00,000 + 1,45,000 + 5,000)
                                                =Rs 22,50,000

Profit percentage = Spend amount / Purchase amount *100%
                            = 22,50,000 / 21,00,000 * 100%
                           =11.90%
 
Thus,Jaikumar gets profit about 11.90%.
