Identify the correct molecular picture showing that happens at the critical micellar concentration (CMC) of an aqueous solution of a surfactant ....

solution : when surfactant (it is ambiphilic molecule composed of a hydrophilic known as head and a hydrophobic known as tail) molecules are dissolved in water at concentrations above the CMC (critical micelle concentration) they form aggregate known as micelles. in a micelle, hydrophobic tails flock to interior in order to minimize their contact with water and hydrophilic heads remain on the outer surface in order to maximize their contact with water.

so, at the CMS , micelle formation would be shown as diagram.

Therefore the correct option is (1)
