Answer:

Let original length be x .

In first case ∆x = 10 - x , F = 4g

In second case ∆x = 13 - x , F = (4+6)g = 10g

In Both cases Wire is same so young modulus will be same as well

Y =  \frac{Fx}{A \Delta x}   \\  \\   \implies  \frac{4gx}{A(10 + x)}  =  \frac{10gx}{A(13 + x)}  \\  \\ \implies2(13 + x) = 5(10 + x) \\  \\ \implies26 + 2x = 50 + 5x \\  \\ \implies3x = 50 - 26 = 24 \\  \\ \implies x = 8 \: m
