The English idiom counterpart to the the Hindi saying - Jaisi karni ,waisi bharni is - 

As you sow, so shall you reap

OR

As a man sows, so shall he reap.

Meaning of the saying- You will get result or feedback or return according to your deeds. Better deeds, better return, bad deeds, bad returns.

Example- He should blame himself  for all misfortune because as you sow, so shall you reap in the end


Note: This idiom is a Biblical saying.
