Fishes are chordates which have a notochord which develops into a vertebral column as they grow. They have triploblastic body with true coelom.
But in case of jelly fish and prawn, notochord is absent.
Jelly fish is acoelomate and diploblastic. Prawns are haemocoelomate and triploblastic.
Hence they are different from fishes.
Therefore, jelly fish and prawns are not fishes.
