Total amount of candy bar=1=10/10

thus total ate by them

=3/10 + 4/10

=7/10

thus left part

=10/10 - 7/10

=3/10

Jenn and david shared a candy bar. \frac{3}{10} is left

Solution:

Given that,

Jenn and david shared a candy bar

From given,

Jenn\ ate = \frac{3}{10}\\\\David\ ate = \frac{4}{10}

Find how much is ate

Total\ eaten\ by\ Jenn\ and\ David = \frac{3}{10} + \frac{4}{10}\\\\Total\ eaten\ by\ Jenn\ and\ David = \frac{7}{10}

Find out how much is left

Left = 1 - \frac{7}{10}\\\\Left = \frac{10-7}{10}\\\\Left = \frac{3}{10}

Thus \frac{3}{10} is left
