Question :-Jenna arranged all the flower pots in her school's garden area into as many rows as the number of columns. However, she was left with 36 flower pots arranged at the end. If there were 1972 flower pots in the garden, find the number of flower pots that Jenna arranged in each row.

Solution:- Number of flower pots she was left with= 36

Total number of flower pots in the garden= 1,972

Therefore, Number of pots in each row=  1,972 divided by 2

=986

Ans:- There are 986 rows and columns in the school garden.
