If both of them are blue then,
The number of total jeans= 10
Number of blue jeans = 5
% of blue jeans = 5% of 10
= 5/100×10
= 0.5%

If both of them are not blue then
The Number of total jeans = 10
Number of blue jeans = 3
% of blue jeans = 3% of 10
= 3/100×10
= 0.3%
