Hi there

1/4 of an hour = 15 minutes

In 15 mins she swam 600m.

1 min = 60 second

15 min = 15 x 60

= 900 sec

Speed = Distance / Time

= 600 / 900

= 0.66 meters/sec ( ans )

Thank You

Heya !!!

Here is Your Answer.

Given :

Distance = 600 m
Time = 1/4 h = 1/4 × 60 × 60 = 900 secs.

Speed = Distance/time
= 600/900
= 2/3 m/s or 0.67 m/s

Hope It Helps
