Jerome has = Php 780

Price of roses = Php 28

Price of carnations = Php 27

No. of roses brought = 12

Money Left with Jerome = Total - 12(amount if roses)

 = 780 - 336

 = 444

No. of carnations that Jerome can purchase =

Money left - Price of Carnations

 =  \frac{444}{27}

 = 16.45

 = 16

Jerome can buy 16 carnations maximum
