Jessica is comparing two balls one ball has a mass of 1kg, and the other has a mass of 2kg. she pushes each with a force of 100N . how do the acceleration of the two balls compare? //is it the 1kg ball accelerates twice as much as the 2kg ball ///or the 1kg ball accelerates four times as much as the 2kg ball ???

by formula acceleration= force / mass.

Case1

Acceleration is 100/1=100newton/kg

Case2

Acceleration is 100/2=50newton/kg.

On comparing case 1:case2 answer is 2:1.
