when bassanio came Belmont with his friend Lorenzo to merry Portia and close the right casket from there were starting loving jessica and Lorenzo.lorenzo and Jessica told Portia that we also want to merry.

Jessica and Lorenzo's love is a true love that does not allow the religious differences to prove an obstacle in their way. Their love is romantic, lyrical and poetic. However their love is selfish AS they do not think about anybody else. Jessica betrays her father for the sake of her love . Lorenzo doesn't discourage Jessica from stealing of father's money and jewels. Nevertheless they are firm in their resolve to remain devoted to each other..
