→ (2/3)m = (1/4)
since (2/3) is in multiple of m in LHS, taking it in RHS side it will be in divide ,
→ m = (1/4) ÷ (2/3)
→ m = (1/4) * (3/2)
→ m = (1 * 3) / (4 * 2)
→ m = (3/8)
therefore, Ed statement is true .
