Let numbers are x-1, x and x+1

1/3 (x+1) - (x-1)1/5=3
=> (x +1)/3 - (x-1)/5=3
=> 5 (x + 1) - 3(x-1)=45
=> 5x + 5-3x - 3=45
=> 2x =43
=> x = 22.5

As the natural number can not be fraction, the probable consecutive numbers are 42,43 and 44
