The pressure and stress in a job comes in because we have tight schedules, limited resources and there are risks involved. Also there are expectations from everyone.
I try to remain cool. I try to manage and as best as I can. Then I trust that God helps one who tries sincerely. I keep positive and optimistic approach. I play games , perform yoga and do jogging. These relieve me from tensions. I Interact with and play with children now and then. That gives me a good relief.
I maintain a good degree of transparency with my superiors and so I can afford to be less tense.

Pressure and Stress can come through many ways
1)lots of work to do in a short time interval
2)some undesirable things in life
3)fear of something etc

ways to manage stress are as follows
1)doing daily exercise and getting up early in the morning
2)going for daily morning walk and a well balanced diet like juice etc
3)performing yoga and meditation makes us calm inside and hence we can focus more on work easily and do our work more efficiently
4)a stress of a normal person can be cured easily as the stress wont be much intense , just we need to change our lifestyle then we wont fell much stressed
5)we should play , interact with people , have fun and these things can help us to relieve stress
