Joe purchase 20 apple from a supaer market for 180 rupee at a discount of 10 percent how much will a dozen apple cost him if he does not avail any discount.

100% - 10% = 90%

90% Original = 180 rupee

10% Original = 180 rupee / 9 = 20 rupee

Original Price (20) = 20 * 10 = 200 rupee

20 apples -> 200 rupee

1 apple -> 200 rupee / 20 = 10 rupee

12 apples (dozen) = 12 x 10 rupee = 120 rupee.

It would cost Joe 120 rupee to buy a dozen apples, without any discount.
