John can push a box along the ground without much difficulty. But when her brother Neil sits on the box John finds it very difficulty to push the same box along the ground. Explain why?

the box may be light for him to push. the weight of the box which give force down may be less .when his to sits on it the weight of the box and the weight of him are added and the force given by the box down is also more.so he cannot push it .

in the first cousin is able to push the box without any difficulty as the box was maybe light in wight and as you know the force is equal to mass into area as F=ma then there's also force which place to the ground and the surface of the box that is frictional force and when his brother sits on the box the mass of the body increases and thus the the overall mass increases and that it is difficult to push and also John find difficulty to push it this is the main reason
