Madam,
I had booked your service on July 10, 2020, for transportation of my goods namely household items and car to Mumbai. The service given by your company is very unsatisfactory.
The household items had crockery, which had been clearly stated to the workers. Those packets were badly handled which resulted in cracks in our expensive sets.
Rugs and mats had little torn out marks on receiving. The car was also transported in such a way that there are scratches on it now.
