John was diagnosed of having Hepatitis B. It was too painful for him knowing from the doctor that there is still no cure for the disease. After two months, he sought for a second opinion from another doctor and found out that he has no Hepatitis virus in his blood. The doctor further examined his blood and found an antigen for Hepatitis B (HBsAg+).

1. Could John have Hepatitis B?

2. What could be the proof that John really had Hepatitis B?

3. What kind of immunity could John have acquired?
