a joint family business is a business which is run by the members of a family.for example the relience company which was owned by dheerubhai ambani is now being run by his sons mukesh ambani and anil ambani along with other family members.a joint family business is run from generations to generations.it is not a guarntee that the joint family business is an affectionate business because business is divided over the ratio of shares.if all partners are happy with their share of money then okey but sometimes even brothers kill each other or sons kill their parents for money in business.mutual understanding and proper communication is very much neccesery for the effective run of the business.
