 <marquee > hello

motar \: van \: account \: dr \: \times \times \times \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: to \: bank \: account..... \times \times \times \\ (being \: motar \: van \: purhased \: in \: payment \: through \: cheque)

Note- In all accounting , 2 main rules are followed i.e.

  • Debit
  • Credit

Debit :

  • Assets
  • Drawings

Credit :

  • Liabilities
  • Capital

It should noted that if asset amount of assets increases then it would be debited .In against , if assets amount decreases then it would be credited..

For example : Refer above

Motar van is the asset and it is purchased by them ..Hence Asset increase and shown on debit side ..

In against , Cheque paid .

In Accounting cheque word is not used Hence bank word is used ...instead of cheque ...

So cheque paid means amount goes out of the business and hence debit decrease and should shown on credit side ....

Hope its helps u all ❤️
