Mass communication is the study of spreading information to a large audience through the various means of communication. Journalism is the activity of writing about recent developments for newspapers, magazines etc. It has enveloped reporting done through radio and television.
Journalism & Mass Communication Quarterly is a peer-reviewed academic journal that covers the field of communication and journalism. The editor-in-chief is Louisa Ha (Bowling Green State University). The journal was established in 1924 as the Journalism Bulletin, the flagshi urnal of the Association of Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (AEJMC). It is published by SAGE Publications in association with the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication.
