yaa we not feel joy in everything joy doesn't simply happen to us we have to find it whether it from our friends or by seeing any thing etc.
in this world we have to choose joy because this world is full of sadness,anger,wars etc. so, out of these things we have to choose joy which is very precious .

For instance think that u have recieved third prize in a particular competition but u expected first rank.....now you have two choices first is to be happy with the rank u have got nd try to do better the next time while the other one is to lose all your hope and sit lamenting about what has happened and decide not to try again
In this situation if u choose the former u will be happy and can learn something new while preparing the next time but if u choose the latter one u will lose one of the most important thing in our life-changing"COMPETITIVE NATURE " and then will sit crying for the decision u took ........and so the written says be positive and take decisions wisely BCS it's what that decides your future
