Judge the equivalent resistance when the
following are connected in parallel –
1 ohm and 10^6 ohm, (b) 1 ohm and 10^3 ohm and 10^6 ohm​

A -

equivalent resistance = 1 / 1 + ( 1 / 10 ^6 ) = 1.00001 ohm

B-

equivalent resistance = 1 / 1 + ( 1 / 10^3 ) + ( 1 / 10^6) = 1 + ( 1001 / 1000000 )

= 1001002 / 1000000

= 1.001002 ohms
