Heya mate, Here is ur answer

R1=1 ohm

R2=10^3 ohm

=1000 ohm

R3=10^6 ohms

=1000000

When resistances are connected in parallel,then

 \frac{1}{rp}  =  \frac{1}{r1}  +  \frac{1}{r2}  +  \frac{1}{r3}

 =  \frac{1}{1}  +  \frac{1}{1000}  +  \frac{1}{1000000}

LCM = 1000000

 =  \frac{1000000 + 1000 + 1}{1000000}

 =  \frac{1001001}{1000000}

 = 1.001001 \: ohms

= 1 ohm (approximately)
