judges are part of the same society that we live in .their inherent sociological and psychological biases impact decision making thereby affecting the independence of judiciary as a whole. discuss this statement.

That's true that judges are a part of our society. But they have got a position in the society that of a Judge to give justice to the people.its true that they impact decision making but if it is not so then everyone will say that they r Superior and they will make the decision.in my views there should be judges and lawyers in order to maintain rules and regulations in the country.
