Yes judicial review is one of the most important role played by judiciary...By 42nd Amendment our constitutional Fundamental rights was amendable but we can't have a judicial review But in Minerva Mill case Supreme Court decided that Judicial review is a part of Basic structure of our constitution and we can have a judicial review of any any amendment done to our constiturion under Article 13
