Pendulum B oscillate 40 times in 8 seconds.  

So, pendulum B oscillate 1 time in 8/40 seconds.  

So, pendulum B oscillate 100 times in 8 \times \frac{100}{40}=20  seconds.  

In 4 seconds, pendulum A oscillates 16 times.  

So, in 1 second, pendulum A oscillates 16/4 times.  

So, in 20 seconds, pendulum A oscillates 16 \times \frac{20}{4} \text { times }=80 times.

So, the time when pendulum B makes 100 oscillations, pendulum A makes 80 oscillations .
