Total Distance of the race = 13.1 miles.

Distance at which each water stops are there = 2.75 miles.

Let's divide the total distance by distance of water stops. This would give number of water stops.

4 water stops would be there in the total race.

Distance of 4th water stop from the start = 4 × 2.75 = 11 miles.

Distance between End of race and last water stop = 13.1 - 11 = 2.1 miles.
