Junk food usually contains a LOT of calories, fats, carbohydrates etc. People usually don't exercise enough to burn them. The excess nutrients get stored in our body for later use (for energy). Gets accumulated in our body and thus making us 'fat'. The way I see it, junk food isn't 'junk' if you take it in proper proportions and workout enough to make use of the nutrients in it. if we eat junk food, the chemical sauce and masala directly affect our organs like, stomach, intestine, liver and may cause any diseases. so, we can eat junk food as limit. The statement is true that the junk food is bad for health and I explained why it is bad for health.
