Yes it is true that everyone like junk food well can't blame though it is tasty but it cause alot of problems later example liver damage , stomach pain , lung cancer etc .

We humans a bad quality in each of our self that we adopt bad habits Faster than the good one example we don't like Bitter gourd even though it is purify our blood but we like junk food which cause us blood cancer .

Now days our busy life have also changed our living style , wake-up early in the morning go to work and come back late at night it has also affected our food web like staying out side the house for work and eating unhealthy, packed junk food

.'O my god I am getting late for work let's just eat the breakfast outside today' , 'O god I am so tired let's just ordered the dinner from outside' this have become a normal sentence used in every house. Not only adults but also kids 'mom you are taking to much time just give me money I will buy lunch box from outside'.

Even though this junk food are cheap and tasty it harmful do we know what kind of oil ther use to make those food do we know if the bread ther use is expired or not . well the answer is no we don't know anything how they make those food. we only know how to eat them.

You might even know that studies show that eating junk food has been linked to increases in depression.

therefore we should avoid eating junk food as much as we can maybe it will be profitable for us in future. maybe some the line sound funny, some line's are may bitter but they are truth.
