Jupiter is the largest planet in our solar system what explain why venus appear to be bigger and brighter than jupiter in the night sky

because Venus is nearest planet to the earth and the sun but Jupiter is foraway from the earth and the sun so that the light of sun couldn't reach the Jupiter..but in the case of Venus the light reaches to it and that makes the venus bright .large because as it is near to the earth..and it is always called the morning and evening star

Venus nearer to sun than Jupiter therefore it's brighter than Jupiter, and as Venus is more close to earth it appears bigger.
