Answer:
As birds are caged by humans, the corona virus has held humans captive in their own homes. Just as captured birds cannot freely fly , humans can also not step out in the open without consequences. In the pandemic I feel cut out of the world. I feel like a bird who can only watch the world through the bars . But there is a sense of comfort that as long as I am caged I'm safe. Lockdown has clipped my wings and I'm kept from soaring heights . It has snatched away the means of putting food over tables and deprived many children of their education. I am lonely as a bird in a cage without friends by side and only memories of good old days to hold on to. Now I'm just clinging to the hope that one day we all be free from the clutch of the virus and escape it's cage.
