Alright, so this thing can be written in many ways, but, go deep inside it because the topic given is also very deep. Keep suspense, that's important! Rather than telling the story from the starting, Start from the last, and tell the beginning at the last. Try to get into that character and imagine what you writing. Try this, I am sure this story will be great! Don't go for horror one, I am sure, everyone will be expecting that, go deep in the dark, or show the bright light (i.e. happy time coming). If going in dark, make sure to leave it in suspense, not much but yeah, try to leave it in suspense. Try it, sit alone, focus on it, get into the character and bam!! This is hit!

NikhitaDreamer: Those tips seem to be helpful. Thank you so much sir
Amaninder24: how old are you?
NikhitaDreamer: 15
Amaninder24: I am also 15, don't call me sir :')
NikhitaDreamer: Ok.. but I feel that age should never dictate respect
Amaninder24: Well, its your thinking then! But I don't like having extra respect, be cool, simple and be happy!

According to me you can continue like this for example you just tell that after you saw her in a pitiable condition you reached out to her and tried to understand her situation. After that you may describe some situation with you may like and then you may tell how you solved her problem and you made her feel better. Like she might be lost or someone might have forcefully taken her and left in this condition and the dog may never friend

RitiThakur: If you want you may build up another situation...I hope the outline helps
NikhitaDreamer: Thank you so much ma'am
NikhitaDreamer: Got an idea to continue
RitiThakur: No problem... Btw I am smaller than bit still glad to help..
