just bcoz mera ques kuch zyada hi vague tha...
according to kvs rules, children of defence personnels are given the right the enroll their children in kv schools with topmost priority but if some kv refuses to do that, so what is it called? illegal or some form of corruption or there is it allowed?​

the only reason for not giving the admission can be more strength of students.
