Incomplete combustion——
when the supply of air /oxygen is not sufficient,due to which substance is not completely burnt, produce soot black
It gives — Yellow Flame
Reaction—
H2C=CH2+2O2→2CO+2H2O
Complete combustion —
When the substance is completely burnt ,to produce CO2 and H2O
It gives - Blue flame
CH4+2O2→CO2+2H2O

Incomplete combustion will not only produce CO2 but also CO or carbon soot.
They also release less energy than complete combustion
