answer:- p = 7

 (\frac{7}{9}) {}^{2}   \times  ((\frac{7}{9} ) {}^{7}) {}^{3}  =  (\frac{7}{9}) {}^{3p + 2}

 (\frac{7}{9})  {}^{2}  \times (( \frac{7}{9}) {}^{7}  ) {}^{3}  = ( \frac{7}{9} ) {}^{23}

 (\frac{7}{9} ) {}^{23}  = ( \frac{7}{9} ) {}^{3p + 2}

p = 7
