Answer:

1)Villi, Small intestine-jejunum

2)Each villus is covered in many microscopic villi. Villi are adapted for the maximum absorption of digested food molecules because:

  • the folded villi greatly increase the surface area of the intestine
  • the villi are made of a single layer of thin cells (one cell thick) so there is a short diffusion path

3) 1 - Epithelial cell

   2-  Capillary Network

4) Lacteal are lymphatic vessels found in small intestinal villi.

5)The liver produces a digestive juice called bile. The gallbladder stores bile between meals. When a person eats, the gallbladder squeezes bile through the bile ducts, which connect the gallbladder and liver to the small intestine. The bile mixes with the fat in food.

Bile juice has bile pigments such as bilirubin and biliverdin.

Spent a lot of time on it.....

All the best!!!
