Justice to victims is the responsibility of the judiciary which grants justice socially, economically and politically. However, due to the delay in judicial hearings sometimes, justice is denied as the time taken to punish the accused is sometimes more than the severity of punishment.

Explanation:

  • For instance, in the Nirbhaya case, irrespective of seven years of crime, justice is not given and now a question of human rights of accused has been risen.
  • So it is an injustice to victim family.
  • Also, sometimes the accused is under custody irrespective of his crime proven and one is innocent if the crime is not proved.
