Answer:

“Justice is possible only when the Judiciary is independent, impartial and unbiased”. this is so true statement but as we know that law is so black and white it does not even recognise some crimes  and has no solid punishment or compensation for it for example there was a PIL(PUBLIC INTEREST LAW)  filed for banning acid to stop acid attack that pil was filed in 2006 and the verdict came in 2013 and still there is no specific punishment (law) against acid attackers.
