The title 'Mother's Day' is among the best titles that could have been given to the play. It is a description of a day on which an insensitive family realises the importance of a selfless mother. It is a great day for Mrs. Pearson who doesn't get the love and affection, that she deserves, from her family. It is a turning point in her life.
