JUSTIFICATION TO THE COURTEOUS AND PLEASING PERSONALITY OF SECRETARY IN AN ORGANIZATION:

Secretary in every formal organization is the backbone of the organization who proposes the guidelines in every single tasks. He delegates the core objectives to his subordinates. He acts to be the whole part of inspiration to the employees.

The behavior and character of the secretary also reflects in the productivity of the organization. When the higher official is being courteous i.e. considerate and pleasing, the job he would probably be successful in a long run. The considerate and polite personality of secretary that tends to be ethical attracts the employees to be more responsible towards the organization.
