❤❤your answer mate❤❤

Gravitational potential energy of an object of mass m situated at a height h above the ground.

Ep=mgh

As per the relation, Ep proportional h, I.e. an object at a greater height has large energy.

It has potential energy (PE) due to its height and gravity, that will be released as it falls to earth, and be transformed to Kinetic Energy (KE). If one object is higher than another, it will have a greater PE than its counterpart lower down. Conversely, it requires more energy to lift an object to a greater height, thus accounting for the higher PE.
