Fundamental rights are The rights which government gives u to use for living in the society
I will give u an example which will clear your concept
There is a right called as FREEDOM OF SPEECH it means that u have freedom and right to speak anything in this country
But it doesn't means that u will give bad words in the public place
Yes freedom of speech gives u right to speak but non abusive language
SO ITS LIKE A FUNDAMENTAL DUTY that u have to not speak abusive things
IN SHORT IF GOVERNMENT GIVES U RIGHT, THEY RESTRICT U SOMWHERE WHICH CAN BE CALLED AS DUTIES
Hope it was helpful for you
