  • Gandhi had believe in disability of human in reaching the perfection of divine virtues.
  • He believed that people should strive with all their capacity to follow the virtues of love, truth, tolerance, charity, fearlessness and non- violent activity.
  • He believed in simplicity and lived a life of self- disciple and honesty.

•First thing he always believed was

Truth (Satya)-Mahatma Gandhi believed that the basic principle of life is based on Truth.

•He always said,“I often describe my religion as religion of truth.

•He always believed that Truth is God.

•Second thing he always believed was-

Ahimsa - He always encouraged non violence .

•He believed that non violence /ahimsa is supreme kindness and supreme self-sacrifice.

• He said,there is unity of Spirit in all mankind.
