Once the curd is formed, milk cannot be re-obtained from it. Also both milk and curd have different properties. Since these are properties of a chemical change. That's why formation of curd is a chemical change

yes , the formation of curd is a chemical change because it involves change in state of substance , and a new substance is formed .
curd is a semi solid , whereas milk is pure liquid .
hence , formation of curd is a chemical change .
