justify the little of the play "the proposal"

the propsal is very apt one bcz whole play is about lomov proposing natalya.
right frm the begning to the end of the play ,the story revovles around the  marriage proposal .lovmov comes to natalya house to propose to her ,but even before he does it ,they both start fighting.as a result lomov becomes sick and leaves. natalyas father informs her the intension of lomov and lomov is called back again and argument ensues before proposing ..hence we can say that the title is perfect  "the proposal"..

The title of the play “The Proposal” is apt. Lomov comes to Chubukov’s house to propose to his daughter. He talks to Chubukov about his intention and the old man is very happy to have Lomov as the husband of this ageing daughter. When Natalaya comes and there begins an argument. It reminds us of a married couple.
