It is a true fact that equal relationship are violence free if we take a example of a simple marriange in which both husband and wife are job holders then both will understand the problem from which both are going through they will support each other on every point and as well as they were educated enough to not promote voilence. but on the otger hand if a woman do household work and man works in a office , in this case man will never give respect to her work and abuse her on anything . This end up with violence .
