SOLUTION:
The narrator says that whatever he has described in the different versions of the game is ‘Virtually’ True. All the weird games that the narrator plays are interactive psycho drive games. They are based on the concept of ‘virtual reality’ which makes all the games create Virtually real images on the computer screen. Even the theory of Sebastian's memory being saved in the computer and finding its way into the games proves ‘Virtually True’.

Hi sir, I may try to reach to the correct answer..
Sebastian and Michael as in the story, are seen struggling for life and success. Accumulated determination and hard work of the two was enough to push them towards victory. Now when we think out of the story, a lot of questions may arise in our mind which totally seem virtual. Michael, the protagonist seems to be less dependent on virtuality than Sebastian. He did not think of consequences in the first three rounds. After attaining success, Michael presents a story tag, "Everything I've described is true - virtually". This sentence itself holds the key to the answer. The incidents in the story are true but 'Virtually' not 'really'.
Some points which do not make any sense are:
(1)How did Seb know Michael's name..
(2)How did Seb get Michael's email..
Hope this helps...
Sorry if I'm wrong...
